Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a working day will usually be dispatched on the same day, but occasionally, and during busy periods, will be sent the following working day. Once your order has been dispatched, transit times are as below.

All orders are sent with DHL Express.

EU EXPRESS DELIVERY - $14.00 (1-3 working days)
USA EXPRESS DELIVERY  - $24.00 (1-3 working days)

WORLDWIDE EXPRESS  DELIVERY- $35.00 (2-5 working days)

 We offer complimentary express delivery on all orders over $576.00.  

LONDON ZONE 1 & 2 SAME DAY DELIVERY - $35.00 (orders placed before midday)

LONDON CLICK & COLLECT - Collect from our London Studio, free of charge - Monday-Friday 10am-4pm. Order by midday and collect by 4pm the same day during our opening hours. Gilda & Pearl, 26 Hanbury Street, London E1 6QR.

GIFT WRAPPING 

Orders over $173.00 are in wrapped in tissue paper at our London studio and packaged in our signature Gilda & Pearl blush pink and antique gold gift box - exclusive to Gilda & Pearl. 

Our gift boxes are over 99% recyclable, and our deliveries are carbon-neutral. We also plant two trees for every order we receive.

DUTIES & TAXES : UK & USA

Orders to the UK and USA are delivered with tax included and all duties paid.  

EU & Other International Customers
If you order Gilda & Pearl for delivery outside of the UK or USA, you will be able to shop with all taxes removed, however, your order may be subject to local taxes and import duties on arrival. Import duties and fees are out of Gilda & Pearl’s control, and vary according to the country.  You will be responsible for payment of any such duties and taxes.
