We want you to be thrilled with your new Gilda & Pearl lingerie - but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Returns are on us - simply return within 14 days of receipt. 

Returns are easy and free of charge. Please email our customer service team to submit your return request and we will send your complimentary return label and shipping instructions. All items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and with tags intact.  

All successfully returned items will be refunded via your original method of payment, less any taxes, import duties or original shipping charges incurred.

Please note that commercial loans of Gilda & Pearl for editorial, film, advertising or photography purposes must go through our press office.
